Sewer Service Rates
Per District Resolution 329-07, approved by the Board of Commissioners on August 8, 2007 the amended rate schedule for monthly sewer services is as follows:

| b. Multiple family residence, duplex, apartment, condominium, hotel and motel units (to include recreation center and office) | $32.00 |
| c. Commercial units - businesses, professional offices, stores, service stations without food service, churches and svc. org. | $35.60 |
| d. Schools with showers | $1.05 per staff and student |
| e. Schools without showers | $.80 per staff and student |
| f. Restaurants, taverns, ferry terminal and ferry waste, industrial, private and public parks. | $7.10 per 1,000 gallons plus $15 meter read chg |
| g. Wholesale | $5.20 per 1,000 gallons |
Additionally, all customers in item “f” above will be billed an additional fee based on strength of waste. Strength classes are measured as follows:

Wastewater surcharge rates for Strength Class IV are based
on BOD5 concentrations as
opposed to predefined concentrations used in Classes I, II and III.
Staff, based on a calculation for BOD5 over 1,500 mg/L BOD5 , will determine
actual volume rate.
