Developer Extension Agreement
We have directions that may be helpful in filling out the Developer Extension Agreement. The directions vary slightly, depending on whether the Developer is or is not the Owner of the property being developed. Please choose the situation below that describes your development.
REMINDER: SNOHOMISH COUNTY MARGIN REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET IN ORDER TO RECORD THIS DOCUMENT. EXCEPT FOR PAGE 1, A MINIMUM 1 (ONE) INCH MARGIN MUST BE MAINTAINED ON ALL PAGES. IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF DISTRICT STAFF TO MAKE MARGIN CORRECTIONS IN ORDER TO RECORD THIS DOCUMENT.
