The applicant must be able to come into the office to sign for the letter during District business hours. The applicant need not be the owner of the property, but must be acting in some capacity as an agent for the owner or developer of the property.

Our goal is to have the letter ready within two working days of the request. The applicant will be contacted by telephone when the Sewer Availability Letter is ready to be picked up and signed for. Do Not go to the District office unless the applicant has been notified that the letter is available for pickup.
