The Merger, Consolidation, Joint Operating Agreement Study has Been
Completed
In 2005 Olympus Terrace Sewer District and Mukilteo Water District agreed to study the potential benefits and issues of a possible merger or consolidation of the two organizations into one sewer and water utility, or alternatively, consider enhancing service and cost savings potential through some form of joint-operating agreement.
