Board of Commissioners
Olympus Terrace Sewer District is a special purpose district that has the authority to operate under Title 57 of the revised Code of Washington (RCW). A three-member Board of Commissioners are elected by the ratepayers to serve a staggered six-year term. The Board sets the general policies for the operation of the District. Board meetings are held on the second and last Wednesdays of every month at 6 p.m. Meetings must be attended by at least two board members.
Richard G. Andrews - President (Position 2)
- Elected to serve two terms on the board from 1998 to 2009.
Ed Caine - Vice President (Position 3)
- Elected to serve on the board from 2006 to 2011.
Thomas H. Rainville - Secretary (Position 1)
- Appointed to fill vacated Position 1 to 2007.
